I did not like almost everything, from the administrator to the quality of the services provided (I visited the solarium) !! Not only did they make me wait 20 minutes in the cold on the street in connection with quarantine (although I specified all the points on the phone so as not to wait), they reacted with disdain, looking up and down and not offering me related products: cream, sticks and so on. And it was just scary to ask, as the person was apparently very upset that he went to work after quarantine))) As for the tanning bed itself, it’s beautiful but doesn’t warm))) To put it mildly, the desire to return there was gone. Although I planned a trip to the spa and gym. Very disappointing. That's how they lose customers.

Recommend! I have been serving in the Helena Beauty Club from the very beginning of this luxurious business. All - at the highest level - highly professional specialists, equipment, service. Cosmetology, SPA-procedures, fitness area, massages, beauty zone - manicure, pedicure, hairdressing services, tried everything - VOSTOORG! The masters are super, the materials are super. At the very beginning of their work wrote a review in their book: Helena is the place where one wants to stay alive)). Nothing has changed - keep a very high level. I love everything and everyone there). Thanks to all who are involved in this - for the fact that there is a place of luxurious relaxation and pleasure in our city!

I like this spa center, clean, comfortable, comfortable. The prices are affordable, only the beautician did not visit, something is not located, maybe later. And Sergey does fantastically massages and body treatments. All modern equipment and cosmetics are here, I recommend !!!
