Nice beauty salon. Quality services are provided, which is a huge plus for the city. Irina is an excellent hairdresser, she is not ashamed to recommend. The cosmetologist does a good job of permanent makeup. Tea, coffee will always be offered. I give the salon 5 stars. There is not enough really high level of beauty salons in Sumy.

I was very upset by going to this salon. The appointment was to the master at 17:00, at 17:15 the administrator informed me that the master would not be able to come. The most unpleasant thing is that the administrator herself was at a loss in this situation and did not offer any alternatives. The master is incompetent from the point of view of ethics. Well, on the part of the salon, in general - a boorish attitude towards customers😡
