Terrible bank. She made a deposit, withdrew the commission of 1000 (!!!) UAH for the transfer between their accounts. Incompetent, lying in the eye. I do not recommend to anyone.

Bureaucracy, lack of interconnection of internal departments, incompetent employees. Horror, I will not recommend anyone. Interestingly, these comments are read by the Bank's Top Management. The situation in the efficiency of solving issues is critical.
