We have recently moved, while I like the layout, the spacious apartment, and the availability of autonomous heating. The truth was embarrassing that where we have a kitchen - the neighbors have a bedroom and if I wash the dishes - they are very noisy in the room and they cannot sleep (probably because of the pipes) 😅 It's really absurd, but I wash the dishes in my house until 23, so we agreed 😂 Although we'll see what will happen in winter, so for now there are three stars))

The residential complex is really located in a good location, but House Service can drive you crazy. Every time I go to them I feel like a fighter for justice ... Tariffs are unreasonably high, they can count too much. For 2.5 years of living here, not a single meeting, not a single account. It takes 3 days for the begonin to simply duplicate the keys ... and how not to swear ?!
