I have been wearing glasses since school, my children, alas, are also wearing glasses. So we have been dealing with different optics for a long time and closely and in different cities: Kiev, Rivne, Lutsk ... But a couple of years ago I once accidentally went to "Your Optics" just to look at the frames ... Since then, I only go to them. The optics themselves are good, the choice is large, the prices are adequate, but the service ... This is something! You can go there only for the sake of Andrey! Well this is the sun-man! Kind, sweet, intelligent, and a professional in his field such that there are no words! Skillful fingers! Just gold! You will talk to him and the mood rises! He will both advise and honestly tell you about the quality of the frame or lenses! Glasses will always be made accurately and efficiently! I ordered glasses a week ago - very happy with the level of professionalism of the staff and the range, it is the best in Lutsk, and I went around a lot of them)) Since childhood I wear glasses, the girls offered me to try contact lenses, I did not dare)) In them provide a cool service "the first pair of contact lenses for free". I was terribly afraid)) in general, they persuaded me, especially for free, a sin not to take this opportunity))) This is something incredible! I have never seen so clearly !! I'm just sorry that I didn't dare before (I really liked their doctor Irina Romanovna (I don't remember her last name, unfortunately)! !))

I have never met such a brazen attitude on the part of the master !!!!! This self-confident young man talks superficially and even feeds him breakfast! One day he says come tomorrow, we'll do everything, the next day he says he travels around the city, opens a new point and he doesn't like my broken glasses! I tried to repair my glasses for several days in a row, but to no avail ( It is a pity that SUCH a great master-impudent spoils the reputation ..... I hope that the management of optics will pay attention to my response and react to it. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE !!!!!!!!!!
