Good clinic, good specialists. But unfortunately there is a minus that constantly it is necessary to wait the turn. That is I am written down at 15:00, came exactly at this time and before me 2 more patients. And so each time. Once I waited the whole hour. Reception not small money guard, and I think you can somehow set up a system of reception..the impression that 10 minutes is allocated for each patient, and in fact 20-30 minutes..And the record goes wrong. This is very depressing, because the plans all need to be canceled. The desire to go to this clinic disappears, because it is not respect for the patient and his personal time.

I have been a patient of Ivanna Mykolayivna for more than 10 years, I am very grateful to God that I got to this wonderful doctor! After an unsuccessful treatment in Lviv, she had a lot of problems and bad prognoses, and Ivanna Mykolayivna helped to recover. I now have two children who were easily born after treatment. Now all women of my family are Ivanna Nikolaevna's patients, we trust her! Thank you for always good attitude and professional help!

Going to the clinic, at the entrance, treating his hands with a disinfectant solution (which burned my palms) and asked the registrar, what is it? In response, receiving a dissatisfied top-notch boorish! What I did not like as a patient in a private clinic. Upon entering the laboratory, I did not smell a sterile laboratory clinic, only talking behind a screen, noise, noise, tapping forks on plates, the smell of food, coffee, the impression of a school canteen ... I do not recommend as there are no sanitary conditions (norms) in a private clinic. The impression is not of a private structure, the state structure is more in line with the norms and rules that have been and are currently in force under the regime orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

For so many years ..because I use the services of the Tsyukh Clinic on Bohdan Khmelnytsky yesterday I was shocked by the attitude of the Lady ..what she meets at the reception ... she and her two other colleagues started being rude Asked when the results of the analysis - said from 16lo 18 At 18.00 I called - no one picked up the phone Today I called and asked to be dropped on Viber- they said "I don't know because there is no time" Sorry but this attitude ..You will lose customers

Thanks to Ivanna Tsyukh, I have a son, the meaning of life, which I have been waiting for 8 years. God bless her. Nurses are excellent specialists, they find blood quickly, painlessly, and I have a hard time finding a vein. I wish all the employees of Tsyukh all the best, let them love you.
