On November 30 I had a thyroid operation, I was in the clinic for 3 days. And to say that I am impressed with the attitude towards patients is to say nothing. The first night after the operation, my condition was checked by a nurse every hour, I could not get up and she made me tea and from time to time gave me a teaspoon to drink, watched my blood pressure. All the following days, doctors and nurses kept asking me how I was feeling if I needed anything. I really like tea, it was given 3 times during meals, but it was not enough for me and when I asked to do it I was never denied, and what a surprise it was when tea was made for me not in a paper cup, but in a cup of my favorite ob ' him 400-450 ml. I have never met such a friendly attitude towards people in hospitals. Even in Kyiv, when I went for the examination, it was just a grunt and the attitude of the diagnoses without seeing my medical card and examinations. No one went silent when I asked questions, everyone always answered kindly 🥰🥰 In the EndoClinic such a homely atmosphere, all on the positive that even in the operating room when I was put under anesthesia it was not about the operation, but about what I have inflammatory nature and that poor guys😅 No matter how strange and funny my questions to the anesthesiologist Oleksandr Oleksandrovych were, he always answered them and even created a certain discussion and together we looked for the right answer to my questions, endoclinics are just huge pluses плю

They came to donate blood from the Kyiv laboratory for a DNA test to be done in the United States. After donating the blood, it had to be taken by a DHL courier. The lab technician did not collect the blood in the test tube, but used the one in which the blood coagulates until the next day, although they were given all instructions over the phone and reminded of the delivery. Then I had to go again (we live 25 km from Rivne) to donate blood after the laboratory from Kyiv told us that the blood was taken to the Endoclinic. I can't say anything about the doctors, but according to the tests it is absolute UNPROFESSIONALISM and irresponsibility !! UPD: the clinic contacted us the next day and reimbursed us for the trip! The clinic is customer-oriented, and that's great. Therefore, I raise my rating to 3 * for good service. thanks
