Awful place. Toilet was after a nuclear impact it seems. One did broke unbreakable there. Soviet era remedy smells there. Many small businesses are renting there offices for their needs. So the shopping center is fulfilled with small market like businesses. There is a local market happening there some time. E.g. on Sunday or Saturday. Local farmers bring their products to sell on the parking of this mall, making problems to reach the parking itself and cross the road near it. Great place to remind us we have had Soviets here once... Avoid this place if you do not want to upset yourself.
