It's just awful that I had to go through with this "sharashkin office"! 06.10.2020 I ordered an expensive front door from them, and at first glance nothing predicted trouble, but it was not here ... 1). The first time the door is brought to me for installation and already on the spot we find that the locks are almost on the door frame at a distance of 0.2 mm; that is, if my doors give the slightest draft, I simply will not close them. And it happened because the manager did not warn that the frame will be an additional cladding of MDF, which took 3.5 cm of the opening, so I got 72 cm from 88 cm. I start asking the installers what to do in this case, they generally disown everything, such as "we work for ourselves, do what you want." Manager IRINA insisted that this should be the norm, but when I asked to send at least one photo from the exhibition hall or archive with the same "jamb", as it turned out there was none. After long negotiations I was offered to replace the door frame with thinner (I do not understand why it was not used immediately!) ... 2). They bring my door a second time and again on the spot under the house we find that the same cladding has been replaced, but forgot to fasten (with ordinary screws!) And it just dangled on the frame; and even during transportation the eye was damaged. The masters, after spending half a day of my time, bought everything in the Epicenter and screwed / replaced. During installation, it turned out that their master did not correctly measure the opening and the door did not enter, had to dig a 5 cm load-bearing wall and jumper. Yes, and I came to terms with it, but that's not all ... They put a frame for me, hang the door, and they do not close, because the curved door leaf, which is impossible to compare! Everything, after that I had no words ... And again, after long negotiations of photo and video evidence, we re-order the door ... 3) Brought for the third time today. The installation was supposed to be at 10:00 am, but the masters simply did not come, without any warning, although I drove from afar every time for these installations. Arrived at 15:00 and arranged a scandal in front of the entrance of the whole house, because their director gave me a discount on installation as compensation, and they did not know about it (especially noted Master PETRO). It took me an hour to call the office and find out everything, after which the door was mounted to me as poor as possible (foamed only on one side, the foliage was attached unevenly so that the holes in the walls; anchors on one side went into the wall only 1-2cm) and all accompanied profanity and a raised voice that all the neighbors looked at. After all, according to them, they work for themselves, and since I don't pay them, they have nothing to lose! AVAILABLE PHOTOS AND VIDEO EVIDENCE OF INSTALLATION AND ALL THE DEFECTS OF THE GOODS !!! So, think ten times before you just advertise, don't make my mistake! It is better to go to a smaller representative, they value their customers more!

Terrible attitude to the customer, the warranty does not apply to fittings and locks, you know before !! The factory defect will not be changed for you, but will be sent far away !! The door was installed and after two weeks of inactive use, the core of the famous Kale broke, there is no mechanical intervention and no traces of breakage - this is a factory defect !!! I'm already silent about the eye that did not fit snugly to the canvas! Turned to the company we were denied, but what do you have a 1 year warranty ????

I bought here, in a few years, 6 exterior glass doors, 4 windows and a 6x3 m glazed veranda. Price - quality suits me. Sales consultants at a high level. Special thanks to Galina, who sold me this treasure all the time.
