Good educational institution On April 12, 1994, the Novograd-Volyn Secondary Secondary Secondary School No. 11 was opened. The school has become a kind of center for education and upbringing of children and youth in several districts of the city. Even then, on April 12, on the day of opening the new school, the idea emerged on its basis to create in the future a school of education of the 21st century, with a new progressive philosophy and corresponding content of education. But first they lived in a new school, formed a pedagogical and student collective, created a educational and material base, and solved many organizational issues. The primary task was to form pedagogical and student teams, as teachers and students came from different schools. Interesting findings on the problems of education, education were reflected in psycho-pedagogical seminars, pedagogical councils, methodological associations. The issues of spirituality, culture of communication, which led to the development of a model of systematic in the educational process through conducting thematic hours, hours of communication, creating a network of circles, introducing new subjects were especially concerned. Developed author's programs in the subject "Ethics of human relations" (grades 5-7), "Dialogues on etiquette" (1-3 class). The school has become a center for the education and comprehensive development of children. The school has branches of art, music, sports schools, Young Technician station, chess club. Data as of 1999 (excerpt from the brochure for the fifth anniversary of the opening of the school) The new school is designed for 990 students. It has 33 classes, 2 gymnasiums and gymnasium. In addition to classrooms, students and teachers have specialized offices of chemistry, biology, physics, music, foreign languages, workshops, library, resource center for foreign languages, choreographic halls, rooms of departments, assembly hall with cinema, rest corner. Few people know that doors and windows were brought from Italy, furniture and medical equipment - from Bulgaria, boards - from Germany. The fact that around 400DM was spent on greening alone to create comfort in the newly built school ... However, for the first two years, the school did not have the technical equipment, but by joint efforts these problems were solved. In 1996, two “AKAI” TVs and “SONY” VCRs were purchased, which at the time was considered a luxury in such establishments. Over the 12 years, the school has undergone several stages of reform. One was in 1999 through a reorganization. Taking into account the needs of the society, the staffing potential and material base, on September 1, 1999, the school was given the status of a specialist with advanced English language studies, and in 2003 it was reorganized into a college. According to the decision of the session of Novograd-Volyn city council (April 2003), Novograd-Volyn specialized secondary school of grades I-III with the advanced study of English was reorganized into a college. College classes began on September 1, 2003. In two collegiate classes of Novograd-Volyn College in 2003-2004 50 college students studied: 10A (Philological Profile, Ukrainian Philology) and 10B (Historical-Philosophical Profile). On September 1, 2004, one tenth grade (philological profile, Ukrainian philology) joined the ranks of colleagues. By the end of the 2004-2005 academic year, 82 college students were enrolled in collegiate classes, and 79 colleges in 2005-2006. In 2005-2006 two tenth classes were opened: 10A (Philological Profile, Foreign Philology) and 10B (Information Technology). On September 1, 2006, new colleagues appeared. In two tenth grades, historical-philological and economic profiles were introduced. With the opening of the college on September 1, 2003, the chronicle of the new school era began, the priority of which is the education and development of capable and gifted children in order to create the intellectual, scientific and educational potential of Ukraine. The College provides basic training in the study profiles. A new type of school was not created in an empty space. There were all prerequisites for this. Over the years, the staff has been engaged in the search and implementation of innovative educational technologies.
