I asked about pillows of specific shape (cylindrical) via phone - and get confirmation. Although when I visited shop, consultant said where is no such of pillows with dummy face. Just a wasting of my time.

Not comfortable. The sales assistant is not interested in selling. She comes up with a bed timeline on the go, as some fabrics lack information. Booked a bed in another store on this network.
