Leonid Ivanovich is a competent leader who will guide you on which vessel is better to go. There was no hint of a rollback in the office, everything is working clearly calmly and stably. Excellent crewing, I will continue to cooperate with them.

I have been working with this crewing for 7 years. I started as a cadet and work for a German company. There is nothing to say about supply and attitude to workers, Germans ... Crewing always works accurately and on time. Only after arriving home, after 2 days, I already know which ship I will go to, and when. Very handy for planning your vacation in advance. No additional fees, bribes and "kickbacks" are required, which is certainly a big plus in our time (from colleagues I heard a lot of different things about different crewing). Well, sending is as simple as possible for me. They called, said when the departure, what documents you need to have with you, everything was sent to the electronic device. For all the necessary documents, visas and other joys of our work - everything is clarified without my participation. Clearly, concisely, for those who value their time and good stable work ... and, of course, the normal attitude of the crewing staff towards themselves x))

They really helped to break through in this crewing and take the desired position (although one step still remained). I came to them in 2015 as a third assistant, now I am already working as an executive officer, with their help I moved from one German shipowner to another (the salary is higher and the prospects for the Master are also higher). The girls are always polite, the director Leonid Ivanovich is a really experienced and understanding captain. P.S. Yes, another not unimportant fact, from the very beginning to this day there was not even a hint of any financial reward for employment

Very good crewing. Managers will always help and answer any questions. I have been working here for 4 years, I started as an electronic assistant. Now I work as an electromechanic. Growth is real without any bribes. I'm happy with the crewing.

For 7 years I have been working through the L-Stream Crewing Agency with the German ORION Company (bulk carrier) and I can’t say anything bad either about Crewing or the Owner. There is always a timely payment of Salaries and planned departures for Contracts. There is also Career Growth, but EVERYTHING depends on the personal and professional person "moved" up the career ladder. Crewing's team is friendly and always came / and comes to the rescue at adequate requests of the sailors, if it was on the shore, if it was when the sailor was at sea. As for the German Shipowner "ORION", the Management of the Company is multinational - Germans, Romanians, Ukrainians, Poles, Croats. Vessels - there are both "good" and "not very", worked for both, I think everyone went through this. They save, but EVERYTHING is urgently needed at the moment / malfunction / repair - they try to deliver to the very first port of call, the main thing is to clearly and reasonably argue.
