Very nice apartments. Well maintained. The area just ok. Better stay in Primorsky area.

The apartments are spacious, bright and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Pleased with the bathroom (large). The view from the windows is excellent. You can meet the dawn without getting out of bed in all its glory)) The staff is dedicated and attentive to guests. The noise cancellation is excellent and the rooms are quiet. powerful conductors in every room + heating in winter, hot batteries. wardrobes and sockets are enough for a company of soldiers. there are even surprisingly live palms and bushes)) which is rare for others. the territory is guarded and everything is on the keys with magnets, which is also pleasing. Wi-Fi and TV are free and with excellent connection speed. the bed is insanely soft and clean. The only thing I can find fault with is the lack of glasses for champagne (but this is purely if you got to the bottom of it. That would not seem perfect at all))) In general, the impression is excellent. My wife and I really liked it)) Personal thanks to the administration and the hostess for their attitude towards clients.

I really like the design of the apartments, everything is in bright colors and without unnecessary details, it will be pleasant to relax in such a place. The staff is polite and not annoying, the rooms are quiet, no neighbors or other visitors can be heard although all the rooms are busy. But their elevators are disgusting) but this is a trifle.

Were at the Genoa hotel more than once. All liked it. Nice room. Good service. We will come again

Price quality. Everything that you see in the photo corresponds to reality. My child and I came for a couple of days and stayed in this apartment. We were very pleased, because the price is very low for this area and the apartment has a good new renovation, clean, all the necessary amenities, the very center of Arcadia, very convenient location of the apartment. Recommend.
