A bank that changes details, without the consent and notification of the client, disgusting service, very meager access to finance through online banking. Incompetence of employees in some branches. Most likely suitable if you are dealing with small amounts and there is time to figure it out.

A terrible experience happened to me in this bank. It turned out that I completely lost control of my securities account, due to the change of my last name (I got married). Living in another country, but being a resident of Ukraine, having all the documents except for registration (currently I am in the process of being discharged from one place of residence to another). The bank refused to make changes to the surname, and, as a result, blocked my access to my account due to the lack of registration! Also, the bank did not allow me to fill out an official request to change my data, because I was not able to show registration TODAY. I offered to SEND a document on registration in a month, but the bank was NOT FLEXIBLE here, saying that only physically and with ALL documents, I can apply for a surname change. I currently live in another country. I do not plan to visit Ukraine anytime soon. An employee of the bank Kostenko, called upon to help and serve clients, simply enjoyed her power and did not want to offer a single option, how can I get out of such a simple situation as CHANGE OF FAMILY ON MARRIAGE. Currently, the bank prevents me from accessing my funds based on the lack of registration. I think THIS is TRASH. I do not advise you to open accounts in this bank. Awful, degrading to customers.
