Very good service but kinda hard to get ahold of them

Awful place, full of unsanitary conditions. The bed was all stained, there was rubbish on the floor in the form of food leftovers from previous guests. There was always a smell of cigarettes in the room. It was very cold, because a hole was made in the window frame for a cable from which it was constantly blowing. It was impossible to be in the corridor because of the stench of the sewage system. To take a shower (shared on the floor), I had to buy chemicals and clean the pallet ourselves. There are no basic things in the room: a trash can, glasses, not to mention a kettle. We stayed in the most budgetary room for 250 UAH, but in normal hotels the price should not affect the cleanliness. If you can close your eyes to the lack of a complete set in the room and renovation in the style of "expensive-rich", then the terrible dirt led to the fact that it was disgusting to be there. They also do not practice the NORMAL practice of room renewal (we had to stay for 6 hours, they were ready to pay half a day, but no, pay per day, these are the rules. There is no service, the hotel is from the category “I blinded you from what was”, the main thing is to collect more money, and in what conditions people will live, no one cares! No more go there. Better take care of finding housing in Kodyma in advance

You can spend the night, the main thing is not expensive!
