I thought for a long time whether to write this review. Today 07.08.20 I tried to sign up for a gynecological ultrasound at the clinic on Kotovskogo. My "diagnosis" is early pregnancy. I needed the service of a gynecological transvaginal ultrasound. To make sure that everything is in order with the fetus, it develops. The girl who called back to make an appointment with me questioned the correct method of ultrasound, saying that pregnant women are being given abdominal ultrasound. At the same time, I told her my term. I said that my doctor prescribed an ultrasound scan by this method, but if she (as I thought, a person with experience, works in the clinic, and I have my first pregnancy, I am an inexperienced person in this matter, she could have confused me) I need another service, I tend to believe it. She replied that the doctor who conducts abdominal ultrasound with them is on vacation and she can sign me up for a transvaginal one. Although I just said it doesn't suit me. Due to the fact that my doctor is on vacation, I asked to clarify with the doctor who will conduct the ultrasound if I should make an appointment and spend my time and the doctor's time, to which the girl replied, THAT IT IS WHAT I SHOULD KNOW WHAT USE I NEED! Accordingly, she will not clarify anything with anyone. And it was said in the most unpleasant tone. It's like I'm calling her and fooling around. Although in this case it was she who fooled my head! The question is: why was it necessary to express your thoughts in order to not help in any way to understand the issue? I haven't met such non-professional people for a long time. Only the guards at the supermarket. Bottom line: I found another clinic, where they talked to me, they clarified everything. Where I received detailed advice and am happy to go to their appointment.
