Everything that was promised was fulfilled according to the contract (fittings, facades). During installation, there were some minor misunderstandings, but everything was corrected at once. We were satisfied! And the biggest PLUS for us was that you can arrange for 9 months in installments through 3 banks to choose from.

I ordered kitchen furniture from this company and now I can recommend the Kedroff company to my friends with full responsibility. Designer Sergey helped me to understand all the complex aspects of fittings and facades, helped me to decide and in my presence designed my future furniture - for which many thanks to him! I was glad that everything was made on time. And they collected it without any problems. I was very pleased with the result ... In general, thanks to the guys for such a cuisine!

Go around their tenth road if your nerves are expensive. We ordered a kitchen. It was promised a maximum of 3 weeks - waited more than 8 weeks. Under the contract, a maximum of 5 weeks for manufacturing. In the 5th week they said that the marriage went out in the kitchen. In the 6th week, they asked to postpone another 5 days because the colors of the facade that we ordered were not available! Those. at the time of the 6th week they didn’t even start our kitchen !? On the same day, I phoned suppliers of facades in Kiev myself, and from the second attempt it turned out that this color is. As a result, they arrived almost a week later, and the entire facade was damaged .. it was sawed with a blunt saw. I was shocked - how could such a thing be delivered to the client. Director Vitaliy Kramarenko himself did not come and in every possible way froze on calls. After 5-7 days he replied that they would change the facade completely at the expense of the company. About a week later they changed to a different shade of the same color .. BUT the fact is that the kitchen was already sharpened to the color that was originally chosen and in the end it does not look like that! And there was still a bunch of nuances with how the kitchen was assembled. It was all repaired. But still not everything was done to the end. They didn’t give a sealing gum to the base at all ... after 3 promises to deliver the gum, Vitaly began to freeze frostily on calls or messages. They promised a guarantee for the kitchen for 5 years ... we were led to this and it’s hard for me to imagine what kind of guarantee we can talk about if people behave so responsibly and without responsibility. Even if it’s paid for, it’s not done to the end by cancer. There was a great desire to take the money, but I realized that there was no strength to wait another month ... 3 months (they were waiting for the repair for 1 month and the kitchen was waiting for 2 months) they were preparing to eat in a room in a double boiler. I'll find a photo of what these comrades sent to us for the first time - I’ll definitely attach it to the review. A bunch of nerves spent and a lot of time ...

I recommend not to come here ... we were brazenly deceived ... ruined the kitchen .. and did not want to humanly fix it and now they are trying to mislead that they have nothing to do with it. although they could have altered their sides. if necessary, we can provide an answer from the consumer protection society
