The room was pleasant, there was a little coziness. Of course the hotel itself is located, as it were, in the basement, but in principle everything was fine. Most of all I liked the bed, it is comfortable and you could sleep on it)

Это отель" Апарт- отель Новый" На фото вроде как действительно так и есть ,но в реальности когда зашли,оказалось это подвальное помещение. Кухня-это коридор. Туалет и ванна находится на одном метре квадратном.,все в волосах...за сутки обещанной уборки два раза в день не было. Комната не большая...Постельное нормальное. Полотенца которые дали ужасно вонючие...вроде ними ноги вытирали и не стирали никогда. Отопления нет,но слава богу был кондиционер. Когда писала в запросе о заезде после 17:00 и выезд после 16:00 хозяин сказал что платите ещё...так как выезд до 12...при том что приехали в 18:00...мы решили что нужно искать другой отель,тогда он сказал что ладно..для вас бесплатно 🤣🤣🤣. Вообщем скажу так...на одну ночь переночевать можно, но не нужно. На Букинге отзывы хорошие очень,от куда они там взялись- не знаю...возможно я многого хотела,но рассказывать о том что это лучший вариант за эту цену и позорить всю Одессу- не стоит,так как мы дешевле снимали 2 к.к на несколько суток и там было все на отлично.

It catches in places, but I think the problem is that the building is underground, so I don't think the owner will be able to fix it somehow. 2. Inconvenient mattress. After staying in this room for seven days, I feel pain in my back. At night I felt springs in my ribs. 3. Poor soundproofing. For days on end, something was happening over us. In the morning it made me get up at seven or eight. At night, fortunately, everything was quiet. In general, I was satisfied. Everything fits perfectly on the budget. Even an uncomfortable mattress. I advise.
