Just a shock from today's visit to your store. Not only did it open later than 10.00, but approx. 12.00 the seller washed the floor, stood at the entrance with a statement: the floor is wet - I won’t let it go! Wait 10 min. until dry. OK. I waited 10 minutes, but NIT! Madame with a smartphone in her hands at the entrance does not let. The floor is not dry !!! What nonsense. I just touched the floor under her feet, and lo and behold! - the floor is dry! However, the girl at the entrance did not let. To the question about when she will launch the store, she answered the same: when the floor dries. The girl obviously did not want to work, despite the assembled line of buyers. The owner of the institution, take action, charge your staff.
