I will never use the services again. They sent a sewing machine to Mariupol. It started with the fact that at 18.00 half of the loaders were drunk, others somehow took our car with us. She went to Mariupol for 9 days! During this time the customer changed her mind to buy it and she returned. They took away in the evening, were surprised that all the parcels, incl. and our machine was just outside, even though it was raining. They took away, and at home already saw that all mechanisms rusted and the machine stuck.

Most of the parcels are open-air. Mine, including five days, was just in the yard of the department. Considering the rainfall, this is no good.

Delivery prices are normal but the service is lousy in this department. Most of the cargo is waiting in the open. There is no terminal, only cash.
