I do not recommend to anyone, unprofessionalism and theft of your entire spare parts, which are removed during the repair. When replacing one of the four wheels on the suitcase, they changed it for a couple of new ones (from their words, they do not change one by one). At the same time, new ones of a different diameter, which were not warned about and did not specify whether it was suitable. The money was returned for repairs, but all the old parts were allegedly thrown away. As a result, time wasted, gasoline, old suitcase parts. P.S. In response to your answer You probably don't understand very well what the Service is. It is not the Client who should say what to do with the old working spare parts, but you should specify what to do in a polite manner. It has been working everywhere for a long time, go to a normal service, ask. In addition, tell me which FOP group you have and to whom is it registered? I do not understand the statements of the staff that they do not work here in principle. At the same time, at least 4 employees are clearly working. Also, receipts or other documents on the provision of services are not provided. Employees do not use masks, there are no antiseptics. In general, I will have time, we will continue a more detailed discussion.

We kept the sneakers for 3 weeks to report that they cannot restore the sneakers. I did not receive a call that I could pick up my sneakers, I found out myself 3 times over the course of three weeks. Wouldn't recommend!
