I really liked the service. Polite staff helped to deliver the parcels. There are antiseptics at the checkout, the handles are disinfected. But there is a question for Nova Poshta: why do people work in such poor conditions? In the capital, the branch means everything is under repair, and here, as in the village, it is simply fenced off every year. It is impossible. You, the brand and the branch must meet the same requirements everywhere. Especially since this is a cargo compartment, not a rack of 15 kg. Make repairs to people, they are good workers.
