Not a very pleasant story happened today. Yesterday I booked the Infanrix-Hexa vaccine at the Med-Service pharmacy on the street. Cosmonauts, 142/3. This was the only pharmacy she stayed in. I received an SMS with the order number and confirmation that I can pick up the drug within 48 hours. Today, after being examined by a pediatrician and receiving approval for a vaccination for the baby, she left the baby with her mother, took a refrigerator bag and rushed to the other end of the city for the coveted vaccine. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when, when asked to give me my reservation, they answered me: "They took it before you." In terms of??? How was it taken, I booked it and you did not refuse me, but confirmed the reservation ?! Their answer - well, apparently the computer crashed. After talking with other mothers in the hospital, I realized that I was not alone. In the same pharmacy, another mom was cheated on the same vaccine. It turns out that having only one package of vaccine in stock, they give it to several people to book, and whoever arrives first will be lucky. And if people came from the district only for one day to the hospital for this particular vaccination, asked for time off from work, strained relatives to help ????? !!!! So much for honey SERVICE !!!! In other pharmacies, after my ordering on the site, the pharmacy called back and said that the vaccine was no longer there and sent an SMS with a refusal. The MED-SERVICE did not even bother to send an SMS. Mommy don't trust this pharmacy !!!!

I had an anesthetic at night. This pharmacy is around the clock. I was refused the purchase of the drug. They said that they make a report and they do not work with the cashier. Just rudeness.
