Quite often I book preparations. I have a question: WHAT is the pharmacist Julia doing there? I have never been able to give the reserved drugs to me or my family members !!! The situation repeated itself again today: he does not see the order, there is no reservation, and in general it is in another pharmacy in our network. She doesn't know how the ordering system works, she doesn't know the address of the pharmacy where she works! By the way, she's not a newbie! The pharmacist Anna saves the day. Well done.

The boor is slow, not a pharmacist. The service is not even 1, but -1. Not a single pharmacy in the city has ever released a client like this. Everyone has an approach and moves faster because they understand that people on the street are freezing, in a hurry. Today, the change is "Madame", which is not interesting. If there is a queue to go to the warehouse for 20 minutes, and then also be rude when asked to hurry ... Fu !!!! Not the first, but the last time I used the services of this institution. I have never really seen the line there, I hope that it will not be there.

Made a large order online. I received the order and did not check it in the pharmacy. As a result, they did not give three units of goods and took money for them. I called the hotline and they told me that I could come pick up the missing drugs. Thank you for helping in this situation.
