Yesterday there was a stock 1 + 1 = 3. While choosing 2 products, I forgot about the 3rd product .. Neither the consultant nor at the checkout, the girls said anything: (Very unpleasant. Now the desire to enter this store, and indeed, in any of their networks, has completely disappeared. such a policy is to deceive. And it's also expensive! There are 2 shops of the same category across the street, prices are lower there. Later I went and compared. I do not recommend Watsons!

I have not been so disappointed for a long time. A good assortment, but the quality of today's service in Watsons in the city of Nikolaev at 54 Mira Ave. influenced the fact that even on pain of death, I will not go there and I will dissuade all my acquaintances from going to this store and I strongly advise you not to. if you don't want to ruin your mood for the whole day. And now for the details: I am approaching the door of the store from where 2 girls come out without masks, I think ok, so I don't have to get her. I go in, greet the sellers, after a few seconds of pause they answer me: "Hello, we actually need masks," I apologize and put on a mask, after which 2 saleswomen leave the checkout. I choose the product I need and return to the checkout, where there is no one, wait a little, but when I hear that one of the saleswomen is in the hall I ask: "Sorry, could someone come to the checkout." Then a blonde girl with even hair moves sooooo slowly to the checkout counter, kicking the box with her foot. Finally, having approached the cash register, her movements do not accelerate, but look as if she deliberately slows down, they say, how dare I bother her. I turn to her: "Sorry, could you please hurry up, I don't have that much time," she replies: "Actually, I can have my own business too," I: "But actually part of your job is to serve the client ", she told me:" Imagine that there is a queue ", while the store was ABSOLUTELY EMPTY, at that time there was no one but me and the sellers, not only near the checkout, but in the hall in general. I leave the goods, say: "Thank you, goodbye" and leave, to which I get a simple answer: "Goodbye". Maybe for someone this is a completely normal and polite dialogue, even taking into account the tone of the seller, which, unfortunately, I cannot convey here, but I believe that such behavior is unacceptable not only for an employee who should be interested in increasing sales as well for the common man.

Comfortable spot. Good assortment. There are German and Polish products. Consultants have a good level of knowledge of production. The prices are nice. There are promotions and discounts.
