Good location, no traffic. Relatively not expensive for location, almost on the first line. In the park you can go to different beaches, although almost the opposite is not a bad free beach (but with a poor descent to it). Not very clean after the winter, but Odessa as a whole is not the cleanest city. There is where to agree to put the car at night.
