As far as I know in the Black Sea housing cooperative, there is a reorganization. The micro-district that serves this housing cooperative is notable for its cleanliness and well-being. The housing stock is not old, well maintained. Nice to visit.
You can only call the emergency service, then they drop it.
A wonderful place: the sea, near the highway. If you wish, there is work - South port, TIS, oil and fat plant, etc.
But, here are housing and utility services, terrible under "driving, destroying. Visors under" driving. Disgusting minibuses.
We meet friends and colleagues here. I really like the courtyards where young parents walk with their children. This makes us, more adults, that everything will be OK with us.
Sludge yard with drug addicts. I do not recommend living here. Robbed constantly.
