Great service, delicious food

Celebrated at the Sinatra restaurant company corporate. According to the administrator, the hall easily accommodates 200 people, but not so easily it accommodated 150 - quite narrow, virtually no air conditioning plus low ceiling :( The positive - good restaurant zoning and interesting interior. The biggest disappointment was the service. Our event was supposed to start at 5.30pm, that is, by this time, everything should have been ready before the guests arrived.At 6:00 pm the waiters were still making cold snacks, sniffing at the guests ... Guests were sitting at half empty tables: extremely slow, absolute but not trained ... And there are too few of them. To bring and put on a table a dish, and in a minute to come and take away from the nose of the guest - these are high standards of service ?! »Poured on the glasses before the guests arrived ... But at the end of the banquet, when the guests did not want to eat too much, they began to report, leaving the food surplus much more than expected. and the waiters and we "have to deal with understanding" because she is third to in normally sleeps .... The restaurant left a very unpleasant impression, I definitely do not recommend. Owners are advised to pay attention to the competence of the staff.

Celebrated New Year's corporate event (100 people) at this institution. All employees are extremely satisfied. Delicious cuisine and friendly staff. Administrator Katya has helped tremendously with the organization, her competent advice has made the holiday perfect.
