Fast-Cafe "Сушиман"

A huge request to the moderators to publish this post, since such an attitude towards clients is not permissible! I would like to warn residents against orders in the SUSHIMAN cafe. On February 20, we made an order from them in the amount of 3130 rubles with home delivery. Delivery is paid, the cost of a taxi, ok, we agree. Set number 1, set "California", two pizzas (chicken and sausage), 3 servings of chuk salad and two udons (with cheese and with chicken and vegetables). Upon arrival, we see that the udon with chicken was not served to us, probably, they thought that we had enough with cheese. I don't know if this happened by chance or if there was such an idea, but from the reaction of the employees I can assume that the latter is the case. We immediately called back and told about it. The guy on the line replied, "yes, they didn't report." And that's all .... No apologies, no proposals to fix the not particularly pleasant situation were received. I did not expect this from an institution that positions itself from the good side. In such situations, a good cafe delivers at its own expense, but this is not about Sushiman. It is normal for them not to report 150 rubles and not to apologize. That is, they did not report, so what? And so it will do. Shame and shame on them! By the way, the pizzas were cooked very economically, which makes it taste awful! I do not recommend and do not recommend the Sushiman cafe in Alchevsk! I want to leave a review about the Sushiman building. Little remark - before that they ordered more than once and it was not bad. So: made an order "Chef Set" for 1140 rubles. They called at 20-45. They said on the phone that they work until 21, but they will make an “exception” for us. And they did ... what they sent to us had little to do with the chef set, which is posted on the photos in social networks, and which we are not ordering for the first time. We immediately called back and wrote to them on instu. The answer to the question - "what does not suit you" was - "This is not the Chief Set." The answer is not satisfied. At first they offered to return 90% of the goods to them))) I asked where - they answered to Gorky 40. Literally: send us a taxi and we will send you the money. To this I proposed to bring them sushi in person (anyway, the evening is already ruined). It turned out! that they are no longer in place (and where would I send?) and that you bring tomorrow (when they go bad !!!) Total: 1 - Sushiman breaks the bottom. 2 - Sushi is not bad, but absolutely not what was ordered (see p. 1) and rice not cooked, fish of not a certain "nationality" - equally tasteless 3 - I will not order more and do not advise anyone (except for those who like to play roulette) And finally - the photo that we got Bon Appetit everyone

They were a family in Sushiman on Lenin, it was very tasty, maybe the cook is different, I don’t know, there is less rice, more stuffing, the fish is thickly sliced, it is clear that it is fresh. Unagi is direct DELIGHT !!! I could not resist, I ordered PHILADELPHIA and UNAGI with me. And they also tried hot rolls, O Gods, in my mouth it was secret, the most tender. They ordered udon, did not expect that the portion would be huge, could not overpower, offered to take with them, transferred to a take-out box, great respect, to this institution. The staff is very polite, they offered tea with lemon, a 15 rubles cup, very surprised at ridiculous prices, I could not believe my ears. Cappuccino 34rub., Next time we try, it didn’t climb anymore, we ate heartily. A varied menu. I wish this cafe to develop and develop, and once again develop, because these are the most delicious rolls in Alchevsk, again, this is purely my opinion.
