We rested in Odessa in the summer of 2020. The double rooms with a double bed and a balcony were occupied, but we wanted with a balcony and we were offered a double room with twin beds, which we were allowed to move. When we stopped by, it turned out that there was a very small shower and toilet. The shower is okay, but you need to sit on the toilet on the side ... There is nothing to complain about with a balcony, so get it and sign it as they say) although you can warn about this or throw pictures. Pros: 1. Large territory, benches, swings, gazebos, barbecues, swimming pool, all in the shade of many trees. 2. I liked the room cleaning, the room was always clean and comfortable. 3. Quiet cozy place if no one of the guests goes away. Minuses: 1. The staff lacks friendliness. The first thing I noticed was that they gave us the keys and told us to go to building "B" on the second floor of the room on the door. It seems to me that in such a territory it is possible to lead people to the room, so that we do not drag around the territory with backpacks in search of the necessary building. 2. There is a dining room / bar, for the prices it seemed to me that it is better to go to cafes. And the most important disadvantage, we wanted to order dinner to be cooked while we were walking from the sea, to which we were told you would come and order. (Which we did, but in a different place). 3. Breakfast is included, but in fact it is so slightly interrupted until you reach the sea. (This is not a minus, just a fact) 4. The territory is large, but not well-groomed everywhere; 5. The gazebos are visible, we did not sit there, but it seems to me that it would not be comfortable when you are there for everyone at a glance. You can somehow shield it all with some kind of shrubs. 6. At the time of our stay, there were a lot of broken sun loungers. In general, you can put up with everything for such a price, although it is far from the center, the beach is also not very close (if without a car), so the price is normal. But as for me, you can improve a little and the guests will be like jellyfish in the sea). In the meantime, the score is 3 because staff service is the basis of our rest.

Breakfast is scarce. There was no desire to buy lunches there. We went to restaurants and canteens nearby (I recommend 7 Fridays there in 5 minutes) The very principle ... turn off the ovens so that people go to buy food in their buffet. some kind of greed as for me. -Some staff members need to be trained to communicate. tact and politeness.
