Rested here in August 2019. Booked a room through a booking, the hotel is good, though most of its building is under construction. The owner asked to cancel the reservation on the booking (so that he would not pay them taxes), we agreed (alas). To put the car in the yard you have to pay extra for parking. During the stay it was not convenient enough that at 7:00 am the owner goes out to the lawn in front of the lone room and starts to either water or cut the garden with scissors, doing some other things under your windows. The day before the end of our already paid stay at the hotel, he called and said that the plate was due to his fault, our room was booked by other people, and he requires us to vacate the room today with a refund. There were no limits to our indignation, the last day of the holiday was irreversibly damaged, we spent all day on fees, finding another place to stay and moving. After going through a scandal with the owner and other circumstances, although the price here is good and good numbers, I do not recommend to settle in this place, because you run the risk of getting into a similar mess or encountering other problems, because the owner is not completely adequate person. P.S. really liked a cat named Garfield :)))
