Immensely grateful to the wonderful, fabulous house with colorful walls and a normal microclimate even on the hottest summer days ... Impeccable cleanliness, impeccable and very professional patient care, excellent food ... But, most importantly, the staff! All girls not only faithfully fulfill their professional duties, but also put their hearts into their work. Sensitive attention and careful care are accompanied by concern for the psychological state of the sick ... And not only the sick, but also the relatives who visit them. Not a second regretted that she had entrusted her seriously ill mom to the wonderful masters of her craft. I think that my mother’s stay in Grandma’s house extended her months of life on earth. Thanks a lot to Grandma’s house, a deep bow to all his employees and a wish for good health and happiness in all areas of life! ..

This is what can be called European quality. Not ideal, but a very high level of quality of services provided. This institution, the staff and the system cause a lot of positive words and emotions (generated by either the owners or the main managers, or all together up to the rank and file employees). In short, this is a place where it is not scary to leave your aged relatives and friends to care for and not ashamed of yourself who made such a decision. Here you really feel the manifestation of high civilized standards for the provision of services. Here you understand what you pay for and get the expected result. I repeat: one of the few places in our city (or maybe in the country), where the level of organization of the services provided is close to what we call European. And at quite reasonable prices. In contrast, for example, from the propiarized House of Non-Mercy at the St. Archangel Michael Monastery, which is on Uspenskaya St. (mother Seraphimushka’s almshouse), where poor old people live their days in filthy conditions, corruption flourishes and a semi-prison atmosphere reigns, causing mixed feelings of horror, disgust ( dishonesty of the staff’s conscience), sympathy (to those weak who were there at the behest of their relatives), and complete hopelessness. Grandma’s house is just a breath of fresh air in this plane of human relations!

Many thanks to all the staff of this HOUSE. Very grateful to each of the staff for the excellent attentive care of my mom. I am very glad that she spent the last months of her life in such wonderful conditions with wonderful people. THANK!!!

The decision to settle mom in a boarding house was very difficult, but now, observing with what care and patience the tenants of the staff treat the residents, how my mother’s mood improved, I’m sure that she did the right thing.
