We were in a pizzeria for the first time! I liked everything very much, the hookah was made quickly, there was enough smoke! The pizza is delicious and satisfying, the caretaker asked for another one to take away! Cool, but overall the atmosphere is super! I haven’t tasted tea tastier! I advise everyone. I would also like to note that an incredibly beautiful girl is working for you.

Интересное место, вкусно. Но они из года в года нанимают бестолковых работников, которые не умеют грамотно общаться по телефону с клиентом. Из-за чего перестал заказывать доставку.

Ordered two pizzas, with chicken and pepperoni. Edible with chicken, which cannot be said about pizza with "pepperoni" (as a result, it was completely thrown into the trash). The smell of rancid fat, instead of the pleasant aroma of pizza, to say nothing of the taste, but we took a chance to try, which we greatly regretted. The child refused to try pizza with chicken because of the smell of pepperoni. I called the manager, told the situation, in response they offered me some kind of discount on the next order, I refused and asked to bring me either a normal pizza or return the money, they said they would call back. As a result, I did not receive a call back, and moreover, they did not answer my calls either, they simply ignored them. Customer focus and service 😆. I highly do not recommend it, for the first time I come across such ignorance.

Yesterday we ordered a Chicken-chika pizza, the place is another raw pizza. The prices do not correspond to those indicated on the menu. We were promised to change for free, and in the end they stopped picking up the phone. I do not recommend this cafe 😠😠😠

We ordered pizza delivery to Kremennaya. promised to bring it at 8, brought it half an hour later, the pizza is barely warm. But this is half the trouble, the pizza cost 159 UAH, when they called and said that the courier had arrived and clarified the amount to be paid from the operator. He said UAH 219. In general, without warning, they ripped off UAH 60 for delivery! They did not offer a solution to this problem, they said we did not know what to do. We offered a discount for the next order, but who wants to order something else ?? The pizza is not tasty, the dough is disgusting, there were no appliances or napkins !! They cheat at the price! I do not recommend it !!
