I want to warn the user against the situation in which I found myself after ordering a set in this institution. On February 14 at 12:56, I called +380 (98) 555 79 09 and placed an order at 19:00, because the location of the restaurant suited me, I planned to call in at 19:00 and pick up my order, besides, how is it it usually happens, I was kindly given a discount for pickup. I learned about this institution from the advertisement and decided to try to place an order there. During a call with the operator, extraneous voices were a little alarmed, the impression was that the operator took my order in the kitchen or in some crowded room, and this could only speak from the fact that the institution has a small area. In general, I placed the order. I arrived at 19:00 at 59zh Williams Street, I left the car far outside this address, because I know that there is a problem with parking and travel in this neighborhood. (If someone will arrange self-pickup, especially in the evening, it is better to walk to the restaurant.) The restaurant is not difficult to find, there is a sign. I went to a restaurant, gave the name and time of order, and in general was not surprised when I was told that my order was not fulfilled. The order wasn't just not ready, they just forgot to place it. I was asked to wait 30 minutes + an additional discount of -20%, but I specially placed an order many hours before the visit, as I understood that there would be excitement on February 14 and specially arranged self-pickup to save time. While waiting and hoping that my order will still be found, I heard customers call the operator and forgive him to orientate the order's readiness time, to which the operator replied, "You need to wait another 30 minutes, well, you understand that there are many orders today. ". As a result, I was left without dinner, although I was counting on it. Dear Sushi love administrators / owners - when conducting an advertising campaign, be prepared for a large volume of orders.
