I always liked “PARK HOOKAH BAR”. This is a great place to relax, spend your leisure time and generally have fun with friends. In principle, I was happy with everything. From my recommendation, I will only add an assortment of ciders with different tastes. Do not lower the bar and watch carefully the service personnel for there is a tendency to disobedience (from personal gossip / conversations at the bar), and in the end the service is good.

11/17/2020 We went here all the time, brought friends, everything was fine until the cold came. The hall is very smoky, the hoods are turned off, despite the fact that there are only three hookahs for the whole hall. They asked to turn on the hood and made a comment, politely! (like the previous few visits before), the guys turned on, brought the menu. After 10 minutes, it became much better, all the smoke was drawn out. But we were not happy for long))) We are waiting for the hookah maker or the waiter, no one comes up. Pressing the button several times - ignore. The hookah man came to the next table, changed the coals, to another, removed the hookah, and left without coming up to us. Prior to this visit, there were no service problems. This was the last straw, we just packed up and left, of course explaining to the guys that their adherence to principles is categorically unacceptable at work. Not to serve, because we made a note for the hood (which we always do, well, don't you yourself feel stuffy in such a fog?) - it's absurd! It's a pity that we had to cross your place from the list of visited, because we liked the cuisine. Two stars only for good cuisine. It is sad when the staff spoils the impression of the establishment and scares away regular customers (and the business owner suffers from this).

9/8/20 We waited 20 minutes for at least one waiter to come up to us. After waiting, I had to go to the establishment and order a drink at the bar. I talked about this with the administrator, but did not meet with understanding. The establishment itself is good and the food is delicious, but you have to work with the staff. You can be busy because of the large number of customers, but you can approach the customers who have been waiting for 20 minutes and say that you need to wait a little longer so that they understand that they have not been forgotten, I think you can. Had a rest at the institution on 9/08/20. I ask the owners of the cafe to pay attention and have a conversation with the staff who worked that day in the evening. 13/8/20 The owner of the establishment contacted me to find out the reason for this review. It's very cool that the owners worry about the reputation of their establishment and listen to their customers in order to improve their service in the future, it's worth a lot.

Usually we love this place because of the good hookahs and nice waiters. But today, obviously, something went wrong. First ordered raspberry-basil lemonade, brought something with currants at the bottom and an incomprehensible, clearly not raspberry flavor. They asked if there was any mistake, they said that everything was right and currants were put in the raspberry lemonade at the bottom for decoration. Well, we order currants for comparison, and for some reason instead of 5 minutes we are waiting for 15. They brought something with a branch of rosemary, which tastes the same as raspberries, but is more concentrated. At the same time, the girls at the next table also ordered currants, but they were served it without rosemary, probably ours was the last. We decided to order a tiramisu, brought a piece of cake of an incomprehensible appearance, arguing that it was such a tiramisu. It’s just awful to taste, there’s no characteristic coffee flavor, just a biscuit and a creamy cream with sugar cubes. Okay, they made a mistake with lemonade, but you can even drink it, tiramisu is just not edible at all. Very upset by today's visit, because before that they loved this place very much. Third, most likely we won’t go anymore.
