A year ago, I bought a new Kyivstar phone number. Six months later, they began to receive messages about a debt on a loan that I had never taken from OTPbank. I went to the office in the White Church. A bank employee confirmed that I am not a client of this bank. I wrote a statement, they took a copy of my passport from me, which is very suspicious (I'm afraid that someone else’s credit will be put on me from this copy!). And a couple of months from the bank no one bothered me. Yesterday I again received a message about a debt in this bank. I went through sites that are related to this bank. A huge number of complaints with similar problems. In my opinion, the bank has a very dirty reputation, which is not surprising in the current political situation during the war with Russia (if I'm not mistaken, the bank is Russian0.
