The answers regarding the previously provided information were answered "well, you see that the scourge is gone." The administration also did not listen or explain anything, but offered to buy cinema tickets. For what we paid the money and where we had to take the ordered drinks, it is not clear. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this complex if your nerves, time and money are dear to you. 👎👎👎

A little about the rest "in Ukrainian". We rested here for 6 days. At the moment we continue to rest in Odessa, but definitely not in the "Gold Coast". Let's start with the good here: 1. Delicious cuisine, adequate prices for food and alcohol. 2. Not a bad area of ​​the beach. Low prices: chaise longue + umbrella - 100 UAH / day, bed - 350 UAH / day, bungalow - 550 UAH / day. 3. The guys who work on the beach (take out mattresses, umbrellas) - try very hard! Polite, worried, running. 4. Bartenders are great, helpful guys. This is basically all of the advantages. Now let's go through the cons: 1. The toilet at the establishment is paid - 5 hryvnia, even if you are relaxing in a cafe. This is already the height of greed. 2. The invoice includes service 10% of the check amount. Below in the check is a footnote that service fees are optional and solely at the discretion of the client. But the waiter will bring you change, taking into account the tip, and there is no question of any "discretion of the client" here. If it does bring it at all ... The amount of the check, including service, is 181 UAH, but the waitress did not consider it necessary to bring change from 200 UAH. And already 10% have turned into 20%. 3. On the first evening of rest (07/18/2020) we had dinner on the terrace, made an order, the waiter returned to clarify the details of the order and turned to her husband, "Hey, friend!" What kind of friend? What kind of attitude? 4. The terrace is open until 23:00. 07/22/20 at 22:55 took cocktails at the bar and decided to sit on the beach, on a sun lounger. A frantic security guard arrived, shouting "Sit on the sand, get up quickly from the sun loungers !!" Even if it is forbidden for you to sit on sun loungers during "non-beach" time, then the normal communication of the guards is definitely worth teaching. Rudeness of the highest degree. 5. 23.07.20 made an order for the kitchen on the beach. An hour later, they clarified why they had to wait so long, it turned out that the waiter had forgotten about the order. He brought part of the order, said that the second course would be in 2 minutes. As a result, I brought it in 15 minutes. In response to our outrage, he apologized and said "You can pay the bill without a tip." Ie he allowed us not to tip? Oh, thanks! This time we were not going to. Account for 182 UAH excluding service. Again we put 200 into the account and wait a very long time. After clarifying: "where is the change?", They brought it to us, even with moral compensation, 2 hryvny more ... 6. Algae was often nailed into the sea, which made it impossible to enter the water and no one cleans them, unlike the neighboring beach. But good, there is a pier here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this complex if you do not want to spoil your nerves and mood.
