Lovely charming coffee place: cozy interior featuring some old pictures of the town, good choice of coffee which includes hipster flat white as well as traditional Turkish coffee made in cezve on hot sand.

"Filizhanka" is a wonderful establishment, which serves excellent coffee according to all the prescriptions of a good coffee shop. Unfortunately, this is one of the few places in Bila Tserkva where I managed to drink this kind of coffee. I was especially pleased with the interior of the establishment, it has perfectly matched colors, the room does not "press" with its walls and old equipment is placed on the shelves: a retro coffee grinder and a typewriter give a special atmosphere to this place. I want to return to it again. The employees are excellent customer-oriented and can speak with guests in their language. This is not the place where you want to take coffee with you and quickly leave. This is exactly the place where you want to stay and enjoy every sip of freshly made cappuccino with pleasant music. A large selection of cakes and pastries will especially delight those with a sweet tooth. I want to come back here, but better with a soul mate. In my opinion, this coffee shop has great conversations.

The café is in the center, opposite the City Hotel. Great coffee, good music. Small, but cozy at home. There is also a summer terrace. I advise you to visit and enjoy the pleasant aura of this institution) Cakes and all sorts of sweets are present. Thank you.

The establishment has lost its atmosphere. Turnip as background music ?! I was not served a glass of water with the espresso. It's not critical, but it's unpleasant. Very noisy. I was disappointed. I used to love this place very much
