Extremely disappointed. This place doesn't take credit cards and the indicated weight of the meal did not correspond to what I actually received. I would understand if we were talking about a steak but I ordered wheat noodles, a fairly inexpensive commodity. Never coming back here again.

Well, Sushi abounds in Ukraine, and most of it is pretty bad. So, when it comes to Bila Tserkva, at the moment it appears Kioto Sushi Restaurant is about as close to California sushi restaurants as you are going to get. (forget it if you are thinking about Japan). I have visited every other sushi establishment in town, at least twice, and Kioto is clearly my choice. No, it is not 100% perfect but then even establishments in Kyiv are much worse. I have been there at least 40 times in the last couple years. And will be there for lunch again this week.
