I have never seen such a horrible clinic. The attitude to patients is horrible, boorish .... Svitlana Anatoliyivna Ostapenko (it is not a doctor, but a rude, not a punctual, rude person) made an appointment with an orthodontist at 6.30 pm and the reception started, if you can call it that after 45 minutes, and she did not accepted me because I am not her patient. Although during the registration for the reception everything was indicated. I am very glad that I didn't get to it, because I think rude people can't do anything good.

Today, by an ambulance, a tooth was removed from the surgeon I.V. Dubovik. I advise everyone to go to this doctor! The child is very afraid of dentists and injections. The doctor did everything so quickly and without anesthesia that the child did not even have time to get scared.

At the reception there are rude, rude aunts of retirement age who provide false information !!!! Dear administration, teach your employees to work, communicate politely !!!!!

05/07/2020 Called at 11.00 all was well everyone is taking come. But I managed to arrive a little late In the second shift there was no surgeon, the woman at the reception was rude, she was the same and her support was not pleasant. I can't say this about the doctors themselves because they were not at work at all for unknown reasons. I will provide information on how to get to the doctor. Advice to call before leaving.
