Great store with good prices and range. Competent sellers who will always help and advise! I only go there. Recently I bought a jumpsuit for a dog, so they changed the size to a larger one without any problems (since I measured it incorrectly) and suggested everything! thanks

Hamovite sellers. (with blue hair color🤦‍♀️ in particular) They do not know how to communicate with customers who give them the opportunity to earn money. Manners and upbringing as from the “import”. Take courses in communication with people, learn to talk with politeness, otherwise it really feels like you are not in a pet store, but in a zoo. 🧾 checks are not issued in violation of the Law of Ukraine. Therefore, there is no card payment, it’s “not profitable” to work honestly and pay taxes, right? Perhaps they can communicate with animals, but not with people.
