The attitude of the robots is terrible. I do not understand what they are doing there. I bought a gym membership for 12 sessions with a trainer, used 6 sessions. I had important things to do, I had to go abroad, I called the reception desk and asked to freeze my classes because I was leaving for a long time! To which they answer me well. Then I come back home and write in the vibeer what I have in my class, to which they answer me, your classes are no longer valid! I say how? I asked them to freeze, I was told the freeze is valid only for a week. Before leaving, I warned that I was leaving for a LONG time why they hadn’t told me this before !!! After that, they say I had to read the rules! Dear robots, I am glad that you remembered the rules. Whatever you called back, you didn't write and said that the subscription can be frozen for a week no more. I ended up wasting my money and my time! Ruined all the impressions. Why argue and blame the client and not find compromising evidence? It is clear that the robontics have messed up

In my opinion, one of the best gyms in Bila Tserkva. Modern simulators, professional trainers, spacious training halls and a friendly team. The hall is suitable for both beginners and professional athletes. I recommend !!!
