Daughter bought earrings for his 18th birthday. A week later, the clasp in one earring began to unfasten, they almost lost the earring. They brought it to the store, the seller bent something, and began to fasten. A week later, the same thing. And so three times, they could not stand it, they asked me to send it to Kiev for a complaint. Sent. They waited a little more than three weeks. They came to pick up - the same thing, in Kiev they too were bent and sent back. Sellers "kindly" explain to me, a chemist, that gold is a soft metal. Sorry, I had a lot of earrings with such a clasp and there was no such problem. And the second earring does not open, for some reason. I DO NOT ADVISE BUYING AT THESE SHOPS, the prices are good, but there is no quality. I was very disappointed and left a precipitate, a spoiled gift for my daughter, lost time and disrespect for the client.
