Immediately after installation, they told me that they noticed that I didn’t have enough enamel and offered to buy directly from him for cash paste for enamel restoration (which you won’t use until you have braces, and by the end of wearing it expires, I already found out later) . There was a case when they replaced a bracket that fell off, and for him he said that you need to pay him directly in cash by the cash register. Once I had to buy gum myself, since the clinic hadn't had them for a long time. But since they needed to be bought in bulk, I bought 10 packs at once. And it cost as much as I paid for one of the same in the clinic. There were situations when I came, for the last two months I had not changed any arcs (on average they change something once a month) and the doctor said that there was still a lot of tension and there was still movement. To my remark that we have not changed anything for 2 months and I have not felt any movement for a long time, he said that "Okay, then come in a couple of days, I don’t have any springs now." That is, they didn’t deliver anything to me because it was not necessary, but because there were no consumables. And so another month would go useless. Naturally, I paid for all the tricks. - Professionalism. After installing the braces, they did not give me any instructions on what is possible, what is not possible, and what are the general warnings. It is unrealistic to get any advice and explanation without serious pressure and questioning. And only then will he respond nervously saying I pull him. When installing braces, they did not brush my teeth from caries, which is a mandatory procedure, after asking why, they said that you do not have caries. Over the next three months, I said that I had caries, it needs to be cleaned. In the end, he called another doctor to look and convince me. And this doctor drilled 4 teeth for me to clean out everything that was + accumulated while I wore braces. That is, there was caries in fact, and the doctor did not see him for 3 months. When installing braces, I recognized the estimated time of treatment, the doctor said 1.5-2 years. After 2 years of treatment, I asked the doctor that 2 years have already passed, how much is left. To which the doctor replied that 2 years is quite a bit. And he promised that a maximum in a year everything will be ready. 4 months before the end of the line, the doctor suggested walking to me once a week instead of 3-4 weeks, in order to be on time at the end of the year. It also meant that I pay even more for his services. At the end of 2019 (when I was supposed to finish the treatment according to the doctor), according to him, I could only wear the elastic band to align the upper and lower jaw and make an extension later. By the beginning of quarantine in April 2020, we were still trying to expand our jaws. By the way, visually the result looked very bad, the last one and a half years my front teeth simply did not close, and the lower jaw moved forward of the upper (and this condition is already at the end of the treatment). But according to the doctor, as soon as we expand the jaw, everything immediately becomes good and nothing needs to be done except expansion. The course of treatment has long raised questions, and I decided to ask the opinion of other specialists. At the visit to the new orthodontist, they told me that everything that was done to me was no good, and that I needed to remove the tooth, because there was no place in the jaw under the teeth, and the teeth did not fit into the bone. Hence the fact that my lower jaw crawled forward. The new treatment will take another 2 years. I decided to go to another orthodontist to have a few opinions. Another doctor, after examining and after listening to the stories of my treatment, said that the treatment was terrible and asked if I was sure that I went to the orthodontist at all. And in addition to the story below, the tooth that was filled here "aesthetically beautifully" bothers me again, while there are no defects on the outside, probably something with the canals that were treated "qualitatively" for me. And the tooth under it, which broke off due to a strange vision of the doctor, cannot be filled, only the crown. Having come to Prime with two problem teeth, I lost one tooth, acquired an additional crown and a lot of problems! Be careful when choosing a doctor and a clinic that leaves pages with only positive reviews! My experience with Prime: Unfortunately, my experience of visiting this dentistry ended in sadness. She treated two of P. Muzychenko's teeth, both were on top. The first was done quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, aesthetics is beautiful, it was with this ideal shape that my lower tooth was destroyed (right in the office with the doctor, who, for reasons of beauty, did not follow my request to file the filling that interfered with the lower tooth, the upper one was simply peeled off a piece of the bottom). The second tooth is much worse. I came with mild pain and discomfort. We treated for 1.5 months !! Cost 4500 + UAH !!! (500 UAH is a CT scan in a nearby clinic + another CT scan is 250 UAH). The appointment was allotted for 30 minutes, then they simply asked to come next time, regardless of the fact that the process obviously took more time. Those. we will solve the problem later, our time is up. After 1.5 months, having cured all the canals and the tooth, I got a final filling (at the cost of two fillings, because the filling is large, as they explained to me.) As a result, after 2 weeks the tooth began to bother me again. For a few more months, with a frequency of 2-3 weeks, I returned to the doctor for his "make sure it still hurts, so as not to remove the filling in vain." On the 4th visit, the seal was removed ... and ... nothing was found. They put up a temporary one, and a week later they sent me to another doctor in the clinic, because P. Muzychenko did not find the problem. Another doctor did not find the source of the pain either. Only the founder of the hospital found a crack in my tooth, which made itself felt, moreover, from one glance. I do not understand how other doctors could not see her! Advised to crown or remove. I tried to save a tooth, began to discuss the option with a crown, for which, as a result, I was offered a bridge and two teeth at once, which increases the cost significantly ... Result: I went to another dentistry. The doctor looked at the problem and said that only removal. since during the "treatment" in Prime, the tooth was irreversibly damaged. At the same time, I was still offered to put a crown or a bridge in Prime, and this is 4-20 thousand hryvnia additionally (depending on the chosen service). There was a feeling that they want to take the maximum amount of money from me, while doing the work as it goes, ideally, so that I would come back more often. Probably, the clinic has good doctors, but my experience with P. Muzychenko cost me 4500+ hryvnias and a tooth removed, which could have been preserved with qualified treatment.
