It works well in general, I was there twice, of course, but everything was clear. But not today. I needed to pick up the certificate, this is only 2 minutes of business, if there is no queue, I left work for 3 hours at 16:00 and called a taxi and was already at 16:36 with them. Not only did I come to spend 100 UAH on a taxi (I'm very greedy for a taxi for that kind of money), but I thought that I really needed this certificate and I would not show off. I arrived, and they were already closed and the last employee of this tax officer left in front of me. and the guard said that here is the schedule at the door, but I don’t even live in this area, I need to go and watch when they work when it’s written on the site until 4:45 pm, and the evening was very spoiled. I'm glad for them that they are state institutions and the module can afford to leave when they want.

The tax inspection works perfectly: everything is clear and fast, employees help to understand all issues, give clear explanations. It is extremely nice when a government agency can provide such a level.

To get to the consultation, I had to stand in line outside. Then the queue for coupons is already in the room, then we had to wait at the window, while there will give someone an answer over the phone. The essence of the consultation is to re-photograph the paper with a general list of documents.
