I came to close the emergency. I went to the "information" asked what is the correct closing process and where should I take the queue. First, they send me to another place, I repeat the question, they say I need to submit an income report, I repeat my question “How can I close an emergency?” Then they begin to make you look like an idiot and turn to colleagues with remarks “I don’t understand what he wants!”. Shorter than 20 minutes in the queue "not there." By the way, in the booths they don’t explain anything either. Call a friend and the question is closed in 7 minutes, including talking on the phone. Service - monkeys with electronic queue! No strength! This means the local authorities - not ok! It does not work with staff to communicate properly with people. Does not control their work. Nafig strain? Salary w at the end of the month!
