I offered to open the letter and read the name of my child .. All my requests and explanation of the situation were stopped by her screams and abuse. Why does a person allow himself to conduct a dialogue in this form with visitors? This is terrible. No culture or respect. In general, the holidays have passed, the child has not received the letter. As they say, it's a shame, annoying, but okay .. Kidnapper of children's letters, please be kinder!)))

I was in the second line, in the end I waited 15 minutes until the girl finished sending the parcel and spent 20 minutes messing with me so that I would receive the parcel. In the first of two operators sitting there, only one worked. And the second stupidly sat and coughed constantly. Check your employees. My operator Victoria was messing with the check-receiver for a very long time, and when it was my turn, instead of servicing, I waited for her to finish sorting the checks immediately and change the cartridges in the check-box. This must be done before starting work or during a break. And not for people to wait 15 minutes. In the end, she did not succeed and another one served me. While walking behind the parcel, I forgot where she was going, returned and went again after her. In general, it is better to overpay 20 UAH and order and send with new mail. Good to all)
