I liked the attitude towards clients and everything was as fast and comfortable as possible!

Managers work flawlessly, there are even a couple of young people at the department, which is very unusual for UkrPoshta and that is very pleasing. There is no bin or even an ordinary litter box on the compartment, which is very outrageous !!! To throw something away, you need to contact the operator or carry it to the trash can on the street, which is located under the mail ladder. With an average wind, papers fly away without even getting into the ballot box, so you have to go around the stairs. I address this problem to the manager of the department every time (2 times a week) for 2 months, but the manager does not give a damn about my requests. Either ignores the question, or answers that they do not need it. Thus, showing that they do not care about their own customers. I contacted the UkrPoshta contact center by writing a complaint. Complaint number 3228395. Let's see how UkrPoshta solves the problem.

Everything is learned in comparison and Ukrainian mail will probably never reach the level of new mail (which is in speed, which is according to the general plan) Now at least I understood what I was paying for on the new mail

Incompetence of employees! Rude, argue, swear. This is not the first time that letters have been sent back to senders, because I can’t properly inform you about it (they use a note, often not at the right time), and I don’t always know who sent it to ask for duplication.
