I waited 2 hours with no result !!! I took a seat behind a specific Tesla car, all drivers take a queue and know who is behind whom. However, the car wash employees accept cars in any free box and not for a specific car. I went to the rest room. There is no toilet paper in the telet and orders are taken by a rude chick who is sorry to give napkins to wipe her hands ... the toilet is not her area of ​​responsibility / administrator and the cleaning lady is not there for more than 20 minutes !!! Came back to check the queue .. I'm told three cars have already stopped for you. I say: "As possible, I took the queue for a specific Tesla car, which has already been washed and now it's my turn." The washer runs out, and instead of focusing on me as a client, he begins to shield other cars that are all behind me: “you missed your turn, we have no idea of ​​a queue for a car, where the box is free there and call in when there is a place. I saw your car, you didn't call when it was free, and we won't look for you. Now take the line again. " What a criticism !!!! I repeat: you must have an email queue like in a bank and a board / elementary board where the driver can write himself. The driver can go to the toilet, but he will know who he is, and not the box is free - who is the first and the slippers! If this is not the case, then the washers should know who is behind whom !!! I can't stand such moronism and rudeness towards the "Client" !!!

The complex has a normal tire, car wash and a cafe. However, I will not give the maximum because the masters are not given torque wrenches and the nuts on the wheels are tightened "to the crunch". Even the most primitive garages now have a normal tool, and here the type of company, brand and all that, and people screw everything "blindly".
