I ask another employee, she has nothing and it turned out that my package is still in the department of this important madam, she checked the number on the campus and I still need to remember! that if the track number contains only numbers, then this is her department. And of course you can't see it right away. It's terrible, there is no service, no repairs, some kind of devastation. I ordered the first time, so I did not know that the delivery would be Ukrposhta, I received the second parcel at the new mail. Ukrposhte should never be a worthy competitor to private companies. Burn in hell

Everything is old, decrepit and wretched. Not even a computer. When you ask if there is a parcel at the address, they go and physically look. There is no database, there is nothing at all.

In my opinion and the experience of collaboration with specifically this department, I was satisfied with the employees and their work that they perform. But there is not a completely positive impression of the interior of the post office. Furniture and repair of the department have not been carried out for many years. When you enter there, then you get into the last century.

Mail is people. Good people, professionals work in this department. Not a single parcel has been lost, never once been rude. International parcels are issued very promptly. Registration of parcels in Ukraine is fast enough. If the parcel is issued through your personal account - you can just bring it, leave it and not wait in line (sometimes it happens). It’s time to refresh the room in terms of repair. But the employees of the department are not responsible for this. Thank you for clenching your teeth and squeezing a smile work in such conditions. This is a disgrace to the managers of the Ukrposhta.

They deliver packages for a very long time. There was no queue but stood for 30 minutes, and did not receive the parcel, did not wait. They work very slowly. The staff is about 6-7 people, they just drink tea or read newspapers. The cashier was doing something on the computer, and said that she was very busy, and then a car with correspondence arrived and she just went into another room. I don’t understand how difficult it is to give one package to all this staff?
